The need for military reform in the areas of military ethics and ethical guidance are especially of vital importance for the Armed Forces of present day Russia. In the Russian spheres of economics, politics, culture and the Armed Forces, moral reform is needed.
The associated present moral crisis in the Russian Army is very dangerous for the security of the world.
