This paper provides a sample US Army lesson plan and training support package for instructing soldiers in the application of the Ethical Decision Making Method at small unit level. It uses case study methodology ( e.g. a security breach cover-up) to illustrate an ethical problem , identify the ethical questions, identify applicable laws/regulations, US Army Core Values, and other applicable moral principles which may influence the decisions to be made in order
to find an ethical solution to the problem.
