The author of this paper presents three scenarios (both professional and personal) in which his ethical and moral character factored into his decision making. The first scenario involved a decision to make a series of advertisements which proclaimed that Jesus Christ was the only way to personal and national peace. These advertisements were seen by some as support for a conservative political party. The second scenario involved a decision to confess a falsified personal income tax return. The final scenario involved his awareness that his abusive behavior and language to subordinates was a poor Christian witness.
